Saturday, April 19 Meet Feet will take some of the Kettles trails to see if any of the wild rhodies are in bloom yet. We will meet at 1 at one of the trailhead entrances along highway 20, just north of Coupeville
On Saturday the 26th Leah is planning to guide us
On Saturday May 3rd we will go with Ann up to the wonderful trail around Whistle Lake, in the Anacortest Forest Lands.
And, here is Jan's comment on the day of spring we had recently!
Blue, blue, blue of the sky!
Green, green, green of the grass!
Daffodils a compact clump of buttery yellow.
Forsythia a feathery yellow fan.
Spring colors the commute on I-5.
We will have more spring soon (we're sure!) and will go with Diana up to walk in the apple orchard at Houston Road once the blossoms are on the trees, so stay tuned!
